Ambiance is very good , advance equipment , staff n management is supportive. Shakti Sir , Personal Trainer is very punctual about timing and workout.Abhijit sir also taking personal care and give scientific guidance. Friendly atmosphere.

1. When ever you go to enquire about the gym please ask for a trial ,after trial complete i am sure that you would never want to join that gym You will thank me for saving your money 2. The cardio machines at this gym are seriously outdated (old) and a few machines just shut off in the middle of a workout. If you're serious about cardio, look elsewhere. 3. This gym has almost no space for stretching or bodyweight exercises. The designated area is way too small, and during busy hours, it's nearly impossible to find a spot. People end up stretching in random corners or between machines, which is both uncomfortable and unsafe. It feels like they prioritized cramming in more equipment instead of making sure members have enough room to move. Definitely frustrating if you like to warm up, cool down, or do any floor exercises. 4. The trainers at this gym don't give you the attention you need. They seem more focused on their phones or chatting with other staff than actually helping members. Even during personal training sessions, they barely pay attention and just go through the motions without real guidance or corrections. It feels like they're just there for a paycheck, not to help people improve. If you're serious about fitness and want proper support, this isn't the place for you. 5. If you're into CrossFit or functional training, this gym is NOT for you. There's barely any space for box jumps, kettlebell swings, or any dynamic movements. The small area they do have is either taken up by people stretching or completely cluttered with random equipment. It feels like they prioritized cramming in more machines instead of making room for versatile workouts. Definitely frustrating if you like CrossFit-style training. P.S : I PAID FULL AMOUNT FOR GYM AND PERSONAL TRANING AND NOW I AM REGRETTING. IF YOU DON'T TRUST MY REVIEW JUST GO TO GYM AND ASKE FOR 3 DAY TRAIL FIRST

One of the best gym ever seen yet. The facility is very clean, well maintained and does have a variety of equipment's. Also, it's a very big gym which provides a lot of space for workouts whether it's strength training or cardio. The staff is very friendly and the trainers also provide great guidance through personal training. Overall, the Plus Reshape Fitness is a great place to workout with excellent facilities. Definitely worth considering for your fitness journey!!!!
