Best gym in this area. Especially the owner Mr. Rayte is a wise man and will guide you throughout your bodybuilding journey. All basic equipment at Available for complete body workout. The cardio facility is also there. They have recently added cross-fit section in the gym. There is no AC though. Considering cool weather of Nashik, it's not a big problem. Comparatively cheap than other gyms in this area. Go for it!
Pure Desi gym!!! Trainer will not force you to take Protein n personal training n bla bla!! If you are honest with your workout...Sir will observe you and will explain the benifits of each excercise and how to do it!! We just need patients!!
