Good things first:
Gym timings 5.30am to 12.30pm and 4.30pm to 9.30pm
Machinery is good, well maintained.
Trainers are cooperative.
Fee structure is fair. Rs 9000 for year.
Bad things now:
Heavily crowded. Feels cramped.
Cardio section has less equipments compared to members. So one have to wait for his turn. Cardio section has no AC. So it's very uncomfortable to workout after 8 am, especially in summer.
Verdict:
If you live in indiranagar area, can able to finish your workout before 8am or do workout after 8pm, have enough patience to exercise in overcrowded atmosphere then it's a good gym for you.
