Fitness Factory Health Club

This is a cozy, small Gym with very helpfull staffs and the owner is also an amazing person. The equipments here are of decent quality and the ambience is friendly.They do have a specific time slot for only weman.

A very clean and good infrastructure gym Very well developed very good trainers are there and main thing is having quality infra. Having all facilities like drinking water weighing machine toilets changing room and etc . A good gym

No space for growth in fitness. (I opted for both cardio and gym subscription. But I personally asked the gym owner for more cardio training. As my target was weightloss) If you wanna loose weight, they dont allow you to use cardio machines for more than 15 minutes. How can anyone loose weight in 15 minutes. Other thing, every month one machine either go under maintainance or out of order. And there is no replacement for that. Most of the time the place is too crowded, to perform every task you have to arrange the place first or wait for your turn. Writing this review after completing almost 11 month. NOT RECOMMENDED.

A very clean and professional place for exercise. Good equipments.
