It is the best gym equipped with high quality machines. Never seen a gym like that which is run by a lady for all the other beautiful ladies. I was there at the opening ceremony, would love to shift to Nasik only for that gym. They have all the high class facilities. Must join.

I joined Zumba class here three months back. I have done aerobics and Zumba in Bangalore and at Cult. The standards here are at par with those. The energy levels and passion is commendable. Everyday I look forward to my class. It's now important part of my self care routine. Highly recommend to others as well.

There is a range of prices to suit your budget and all your work out needs can be covered through varieties of classes like gym, zumba, Pilates, yoga dance.. the coaches there really make you feel that they care about our individual needs. The atmosphere and ambiance is very warm and friendly. There's something for everyone and a sense of achievement is always felt. I would highly recommend trying it out.
