I recently visited this gym with some friends to take admission. Initially, we were informed that a 6-month membership option was available. However, when we went to finalize our memberships, we were abruptly told that only a 1-year membership was possible. This sudden change in information was incredibly frustrating. The unprofessional behaviour and lack of clear communication were shocking. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service and inconsistency. Potential members deserve transparent and respectful treatment, especially when considering a long-term commitment. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I cannot recommend this gym to others

It was a really bad experience with The Gym, and I was not interested in providing the review as well but after seeing a bunch of fake reviews, posted just now I couldn't resist myself from writing a genuine one. See all the Good Reviews here are actually the paid ones all with 5 stars and posted at the same time. The main problem is the management is untrustful. On the Phone they make false promises and once you reach the Gym they try to ask for more money than what you have initially discussed. I mean what kind of double standards is this. Another false claim: They said it's a gym franchise with a lot of experience but if you google it. It's actually a local gym with good ambience no experience no trainer on the floor. To save time I have added screenshots. No Gym in Mumbai, No Gym In Delhi. Those are completely different gyms. I strongly suggest that gym owners hire good management people if they want to succeed .

They are misleading people with a fraudulent offer. It was the worst experience, with very unprofessional staff. Not recommended.
