The gym has 5 AC units, but the environment still feels hot and uncomfortable. The floor isn't cool at all, and it's clear that the air conditioners are not maintained properly. Despite this, staff members were unhelpful when We raised the concern. I was told that a technician had already visited "in the last few days" and that I'd have to wait 5-8 more days for it to be fixed -- and the way it was said felt rude and dismissive. Both the AC system and the staff attitude are disappointing, which makes the gym experience feel frustrating and honestly, disgusting at times. For a premium brand like Gold's Gym, this level of service is unacceptable.
