This yoga class is complete in all respect per se health, flexibility, diet plan, meditation and so on. Rewati ma'am is a good instructor, modest and is a great motivation.

I may suggest if wanted to be in routine of fitness then go with fitness mantra. My trainer rewati is superb. She is knowledge and explain each sort of things which we do. I joined this to put down my weight. She takes care like a family member.I am happy to be a part of fitness mantra.
