Extremely Disappointed with Cult Dharampet (Nagpur) This is by far the most disappointing Cult branch I've ever seen. The conditions here are pathetic and nowhere near the premium standard Cult claims to provide. extremely * Air-conditioning & ventilation are a disaster. ACs are almost always broken, leaking water continuously. The floors are often wet due to the leaks, creating a slipping hazard. The gym is unbearably hot, stuffy, and sweaty -- a completely unpleasant environment to work out in. * Equipment is broken, worn, and unsafe. Cable pulls, grips, and seats are torn or missing. Treadmills shake dangerously while running. Most machines feel cheap and non-premium -- not at all what a Cult gym should offer. * Workout mats are torn and poorly maintained. There are no proper racks for storing them. Everything is scattered and unorganised, adding to the chaotic and unsafe environment. * Hygiene is abysmal. Washrooms are dirty, dryers have been removed, tissue rolls are rarely stocked, and general cleanliness is neglected. * Overall gym organisation is shocking. Everything feels neglected, unkempt, and unsafe. The entire experience is exhausting and demoralizing. It is very unpleasant and unsafe to train in such an environment. Members are paying for a premium gym but getting substandard facilities. Unless immediate action is taken, this franchise will completely damage Cult's reputation in Nagpur. Strongly NOT recommended until serious improvements are made.

I recommend you join absolutely any other gym rather than this pathetic excuse of a gym. Absolutely bad when comes to services and punctuality. They will close the gym randomly. During Diwali, gym was closed for the whole week. Are you running a gym or government bank? Even banks open during festivals. There's only one cult gym in nagpur, atleast keep it open every day except main festive days. They just close it randomly as they wish. Won't recommend this gym to anyone. Other local gyms that has less than half the fees as cult are open the whole diwali week except the main diwali day. But look at these royalties, closed gym whole week of diwali. Edit: It does not matter how many day of the year the gym is open. And do not spread lies that you are operating 360+ days a year. You guys are closed on Sundays AND festivals. And DO NOT consider opening the gym till 2pm as open. It's still considered closed as individuals with actual jobs are busy in the first half. So its better to say it has been closed for the whole diwali week. If you want numbers and comparison. Look up operating hours and days of Cult Haralur, Bangalore. They operate 6am-11pm all 7days of the week, Yes even on Sunday. And about number of holidays? They have only 3-4 days off. Don't they have life, don't they also might want few days off? It's called "Management" and shift work. You guys lack management and cover it up by sentiments of workforce. Not acceptable. Talking about informing in advance, I didn't get any mail or notification, and you did not inform people by putting up printouts or banners on the door of the gym or anywhere inside the gym mentioning the closure. On top of that you also did not inform that the gym will be operational only till 2 pm for the rest of the week. If you SAY you did, then you did a very poor job of informing and announcing because me and 3 of my friends who come to gym there didn't know and they too didn't get any update about the same.

This is the most expensive gym I have ever been a member of, and it provides absolutely zero value for money. My experience over the last six months has been consistently terrible, to the point of being a health concern. Major Issues: AC Not Working: The air conditioning has been non-functional for at least six months. In a city like Nagpur, this is completely unacceptable. The gym becomes a hot, stuffy, and unsafe environment for a workout. Unhealthy Environment: Due to the lack of AC and ventilation, the air quality is extremely poor. I have been experiencing issues with hyperventilation for the past month, which I believe is a direct result of the suffocating conditions. Lack of Cleanliness: The hygiene standards are non-existent. The washrooms are a complete mess, with no water and a terrible odor. This is not just a cosmetic issue; it's a serious health hazard. Poor Management and Customer Service: The management is the worst I have ever encountered. They are unresponsive, unhelpful, and seem to have no regard for their paying customers. When approached with concerns, they fail to take any action and lack basic communication skills. Disorganized and Unmaintained Equipment: The gym floor is always a mess. Dumbbells, plates, and barbells are never re-racked, creating a cluttered and potentially dangerous workout space. For a gym that charges a premium, this level of disorganization is shocking. Cultfit Nagpur is a prime example of a business that overpromises and under-delivers. It is an overpriced facility with a complete disregard for member health, safety, and basic hygiene. I strongly advise anyone considering a membership to look for another gym. You will be paying a high price for a poor-quality, unhealthy, and frustrating experience.

Absolutely the best gym in town! The cleanliness and hygiene standards are top-notch, which makes working out here a truly enjoyable experience. They have all the latest equipment, so you can easily switch up your routine and challenge yourself. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommend for anyone serious about their fitness.

The gym was extremely crowded, making it difficult to find space even for a proper warm-up. There was no designated area for stretching or mobility work. General membership felt neglected as trainers were rarely available, and it seemed like they were more focused on pushing personal training packages. In comparison, my experience at Cult in Pune was much better -- well-managed space, proper guidance, and a more helpful staff. This gym could definitely learn from that standard. Overall, the management and organization could be much better.
