Hello, I am writing this review here based on my personal experience with this yoga institute which I joined 10 months back. * Infrastructure: The classes are held in the morning and evening in the Swami Narayan Mandir, Hiranandani, Powai from Monday to Friday. It is a senior citizen friendly place. The place is so divine that the moment we enter, there is a positive vibe which gives a calming effect to your mind. Future plan is to build a state of art International Yoga Centre for which the construction is already in progress. * Teaching Approach: Traditional form of yoga is taught here where equal weightage is given to the mental and physical well-being through asanas and various meditation techniques. The class starts with a short spiritual lecture followed by yoga asanas and then concluded with meditation and prayers. * About the trainers: Dr. Deepak Parmar Sir is a leading yoga teacher of this institute. He is a PhD in Yoga and specializes in Yoga for stress management. He is associated as yoga professor with well known institutes in Mumbai like IIT and K J Somaiya. He has a team of highly skilled and qualified yoga teachers who conduct the daily classes under the guidance of Deepak Sir. These teachers come with variation in asanas everyday with focus on flexibility, cardio, strengthening and meditation. * Overall feedback: Every since i joined this institute, I have been able to effectively manage my stress and energy levels. This is not just an institute for learning yoga / meditation but a place where we are taught the right way of living based on the rich culture passed over centuries through the Guru-Shishya Parampara. I feel this is the best place for seekers looking for a truly traditional method of learning yoga. The selfless efforts by gurus like Deepak Sir and his team to make this society a better place to live for all is worth notable. This is one of the best yoga institute in Mumbai and I will highly recommend it across every age group.
