The gym is good , i haven't experienced it enough to comment on the trainers , You need good bargaining skills for a cheaper membership , they try to fool you by quoting higher prices The best part about this gym Is mma ,it is a must and The sir i alsi really helpful

Pros: Gym machines are in very good condition Jerai brand Not at all crowded even in peak hours evening time. Cons: This Gym is Not for beginners at all bcoz trainer here are least bother about helping or showing you the form of exercise even if you ask them. And we all know this is the best way to get them paid personal training. So if you have a experienced gym friend with you or you can gym alone then only join here.
