Gym is average with parking constraints. This gym owner is good with his fitness knowledge .....but only with those who do not question his knowledge or time discipline etc. If anyone does that, he or she will be treated like a typical school student (don't expect absolute professionalism). In other words, he may not command respect but he demands respect, and expects you to adjust to his own limitations while he will not be able to do the same if you try to question him on anything.
