The Muscle Factory Gym (Ghatkopar East)

3 people joined the gym at the same time. Now 1 of those members wants to transfer their membership to another branch. The gym is asking for more than 1000 just for the transfer.

Well functional equipment,with good hygiene maintenance,doing workout in this gym since 13 years ,best gym in ghatkopar

It's been a great experience being at the Muscle Factory Gym. The machines are well-maintained, and all the facilities are excellent. The entire staff, from the receptionist to the trainers, is very friendly and helpful. All of this, combined with the affordable membership price, makes it even better

Love this place! The trainers are amazing and offer tons of support and encouragement on your fitness journey. The workouts are tough but rewarding and produce amazing results quickly if you commit to it! I have been here about 3 months and have achieved better results in that time than I have in years at other gyms.Absolutely amazing!! Very friendly and motivating trainers!! The progress is very closely tracked. The facility is always spotlessly clean, well set out and you're never waiting around for the instructor. Top of the range equipment used!!

"Unprofessional and disappointing experience. The moment you enter this gym, the first impression is poor--it feels like it is located in a neglected area. I was shocked to learn about their trial policy: they charge for a trial session, and only if you take the membership will they adjust the amount. This is the first time I've encountered such a policy, and frankly, it's unacceptable. A trial session is meant to help customers decide whether the gym suits their needs, not turn them away. The overall vibe is not welcoming, and the gym clearly lacks proper maintenance. It seems the management does not have sufficient knowledge on how to handle customers. My suggestion to the management: Rethink your policies and improve customer experience. A gym's success depends on its ability to make potential members feel valued, not exploited

Giving me so much trouble to cancel my PT membership -Just horrible gym! Full of bad attitude new staffs(Krishna) including the some trainers(pankaj). Unprofessional at it's finest. I don't recommend at all to those People who actually care about fitness (esp those who care about real training) understand that dedication and fortitude are what define us with respect to fitness. Nobody bother to do their basic job-poor machineries with low maintenance & no cleanliness on the floor. Instead..New receptionist Krishna will disturb you in between workout sets (horrible and unprofessional)...also she and trainer pankaj will make fun of new and fat members. Hence, I don't recommend this gym-Better spend your money in other gyms

Took membership for 6 months and then I had a deal with the trainer that I'll pay 80% of the money now and rest Tom but after that I had a bone twist in my leg so couldn't walk and after 5 days this receptionist (krishna) calls me and tells to pay the rest of the money other wise she could cancel the membership very unprofessional and cheap behaviour I wanted a refund...but thanks to jayesh sir who apologized and assured me that he would take care of rest of my experience...customer service is so cheap and handled by unprofessional receptionist
