Good local place for a workout. All instruments are in good working condition and well maintained. Don't judge the coach based on his look. He is slim but extremely experienced n very supportive. Timing is an issue, it's till 10 pm only and not on Sunday. Also, personal training costs 6k for one month which is a bit costly. Good to start on the initial level.

I've been going to this gym for more than a year now - the environment is friendly. The trainers are professional, friendly & supportive - always ready to help with any questions or guidance even without personal training. Tushar is my personal trainer for a while now & the gains are inspiring. I really like this gym and would suggest personal training from Tushar.

Overall good experience, Trainers provides guidance whenever necessary for the Weight Training and Cardio Training. Moreover now started with new activities in CrossFit, being a advantage for the new joiners. People who are regularly coming are friendly with each other and it's keeps motivate or boosting healthy environment in the gym.within budget it's a good deal to focus on body and to get more comforts as you can go whenever you want to do gym and cardio subject to advice and guidance from Trainers and Consultant in the gym. my personal advise to join the gym in Daulat Nagar

Its a great gym. The trainers helps you to build your body. It has helped me gain me my body. I recommend you to join the gym. The trainers i.e. Yogendra Sir and Tushar sir has a great knowledge of training your body. They will help to gain your muscles and loss your fat.

Very nice atmosphere at The Gym. The trainers are very helpful and supportive. The space is also huge and they take all safety measures for proper hygiene. I personally touch with trainers and owner since 3 years I would recommend The Gym.
