The trainers are very good but very unprofessional staff and in the name of management . 3 of us joined in Aug last year ,2 people did not come a single day asking they need their membership to be frozen . No response form the gym - one person does not talk to another person ! Best answer management change so we don't know what you are talking about , I paid 27000 for one year out Of my own choice to agree the last time that it would be same money for next 6 month to which I was told no now amount has increased , management change ! No explanation , absolute disregard for a paying consumer ! There singular answer is management change . For a business of service their idea of service is in negative . When taking your membership be very careful and have a contract with these people because their management change can really make a hole in your accounts . They are not reliable and have zero ethics and regards for professionalism. I even paid advance for the instructor and then injured my leg during training to which I was told yes but we cannot do anything because management change and your member ship has now expired so you pay new price which I never agreed upon . I have never seen this absolute nonsensical response for a service company ! Left me in bad taste ! While I am still waiting for management to respond back to me which is absent in running business if you pls but oh dear god , they did not get the memo of customer service and building a base of client who ads to their ARPU annual !

Amazing gym Amazing people especially Preesha managing everything on the floor and desk so well extremely professional, trainers and gym professionals are excellent we have extra activities that too for free bollyfit dance yoga zumba etc amazing for me its a 10/10 everything is good

The team organized Garba night to celebrate Navratri, it was done very well , Preesha and team did an amazing job, it's a culturally lit gym with systematic facilities

I have practically spend 15 years in Sykz Gym. I have been training my clients since 2002 October as a Free Lancer Personal Trainer. I have the best experience in it. Ambiance is awesome. Equipment's are all up to date. Cardio section fully functional at all times. Well maintained changing rooms good staff. Very co operative to everyone. Sykz gym staff welcomes everyone with open arms. Any free lancer personal trainer can come to Sykz gym with their clients and enjoy training there. In short staff is very friendly, they make you feel you're home. Very comfortable place to be in. Without a shadow of doubt the One is the best Fully functional Gym in Andheri West area. They have a huge terrace open area to do functional training group sessions. I can keep going with the awesomeness... I have transformed more then 3000 clients in 15 years of my profession. I train kids with Outdoor speed drills workouts and have made them Gold Medalist in sports.. for this I'll make another Review on Lokhandwala Back road training.. Please Note: Always train under an experienced certified personal trainer. Safety is the first priority in training. Cheers to healthy living...:-))))
