I had a wonderful experience attending Meenakshi's online prenatal yoga sessions! Her program was an absolute blessing during my third trimester -- it helped me manage inner thigh and glute soreness and stay calm and centered as my due date approached. Meenakshi's guidance is warm, attentive, and perfectly tailored to each expecting mother's needs. The curb walking and pelvic opening exercises she introduced were especially helpful in preparing my body for labor. I truly believe they played a key role in helping me have a smoother, more natural delivery. The breathing and relaxation techniques also made a big difference in keeping me confident and positive throughout the journey. I would like to take a moment to share my prenatal yoga journey and experience with my guru Meenakshi. I came in contact with Meenakshi through my cousin who was also trained under her during her pregnancy. After looking at her journey , I probably did not think twice before reaching out to Meenakshi. I started my prenatal yoga training in my 4th month and I must admit that the entire journey up until my delivery which was at 39weeks was just amazing and adventurous. All the classes started with understanding my body needs, my pain points, the state of mind I was in. Meenakshi did a commendable job in understanding my pain and focusing on that. The asanas were modified to suit my needs. I did have severe back pain and Meenakshi made sure it was all gone that too within 3-4 classes. Yoga taught me to prepare my mind, body and breath during pregnancy while gaining strength, flexibility and mental calmness. Although the classes were 1:1 and online, Meenakshi gave her 100 percent in guiding me with correct postures, educating me and my husband about labour and preparing us for the same. She gave us clear guidance on what needs to be done during labour, what needs to be carried to the hospital, what needs to be consumed to keep myself energised during the labour, all of which helped us immensely. Throughout my pregnancy of 39 weeks, I was super active and felt energetic. I would like to take this moment to thank Meenakshi for giving me such a wonderful yoga experience during my pregnancy and I would highly recommend all the new mamas to go for the prenatal yoga classes as this will be super helpful during the pregnancy and to get back to yourselves post delivery. I came in contact with Meenakshi through a referral given by my husband's friend for prenatal yoga. During my pregnancy, I was feeling overwhelmed and I had other friends who suggested I join a yoga class. Everytime after my weekly sessions with Meenakshi, I felt rejuvenated. The sessions were customized according to my health and needs. From doing rigorous exercises, stretches, meditation and breathing techniques, to advising on what to eat and answering all the queries, Meenakshi took care of everything. My labor was tough but I had a normal delivery. The normal delivery was possible only because Meenakshi had prepared me mentally and physically for it. All the stretches and breathing techniques helped me a lot during my labor. I would definitely recommend my friends to take Meenakshi's prenatal classes.
