Looking at the fees of this gym, equipment quality and maintenance level is very good. Since fees are on lower side, gym is always crowded and you may need to wait for some time to get your desired set of dumbbells or machine free.

Its a good place. In this gym there are so many machines for building body.

This place is perfect for beginners and for moderate level heavy workout. Trains are quite professionals ( not all ). All the basic equipments are available here. Mr. Surykant Salam (owner) is very disciplined instructor and easily approachable for any issues. He trained many of disciples who perceiving career in this field. Fees wise this place is much cheaper than any of other in this area. Salam gym serves A Quality in cheaper rate. Do workout and stay fit.

Honestly best gym ever, the instructors are super friendly and know what they're doing and the people that work out there are quite friendly and helpful too overall it's a great gym and i would definitely recommend it.

The Gym Is Updated now & Unisex . Opens at 5am in morning nd close at 11pm at night Monday to Saturday. With all mew instruments and the gym is less than all the gym in jogeshwari
