I've been a member of this gym for the past 5 years. Initially, it was a decent place with good management, but things have drastically gone downhill under the new ownership. Last year, I paid for a full year's membership but was unable to continue after 6 months due to a medical condition. My membership was valid until April 2025. Recently, my doctor advised me to resume workouts for a month, after which my health will be reassessed. I approached the new management requesting a simple one-month extension given I had not utilized half of my membership. Unfortunately, they outright denied it and instead asked me to pay 4000 for 2 months. This lack of empathy and customer support was deeply disappointing. However, the bigger issue is the pathetic condition of the gym: Hygiene is non-existent - rats roam freely on the shelves (where members keep their bags) and even on the dumbbells! Termite infestation is also evident. Air conditioners do not work, making workouts extremely uncomfortable. To top it all off, the gym has been shut for the past 3 days because the electricity department removed their meters due to unpaid bills! This is no longer a place to maintain your health--it's a health hazard. Avoid this place at all costs. Don't waste your money.

This gym was a complete disappointment. The basic facilities like fan ,light , ac does not workvthe showers had poor water pressure and moldy tiles. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, more focused on chatting among themselves than assisting members. To top it off, they make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership. I regret signing up and would not recommend this place to anyone serious about their fitness goals.

Worked out at this gym for 3-4 years, only reason for this was the community in the gym. Always smiling and ready to help and the trainers were well "ok" is all. The owners have egos that touch the heavens which was mainly the reason why this gym was driven into the ground. Once kicked my friend cause he wore a shirt in the gym and the very next day I see a woman in a whole kurta working out. They randomly shut the gym down once and as a customer I called the owner and asked in a firm but calm tone about why weren't people informed of this, this 40-50 year old owner threatens a 19 year old me with the "tu he kon tu mil mujhe kal dekhta hu kon he" and in this "meeting" all he did was dodge my valid questions and proceeded to not apologize. The gym changes ownership quicker than the owner's moods. We repeatedly (for a year)told the owners to re attach the punching bag and clean up the gym (gym smelled of rat feces) all this while we were promised 2 "new machines" The bag was re attached after the gym changed ownership for 2 days which might even be a record. They also told 2 of my friends extremely rudely that they are being kicked out because there was a miscommunication between the OWNERS and how one owner didn't like that they questioned the "management" (which was non existent). On May 8th or 10th, we talked to the new owner about what exactly is happening in this gym and about renewing memberships, this man with all confidence told us how on May 12th we will get all the "answers" and the gym will run smoothly thereafter. Shamelessly took 9k off of my friend, lo and behold the gym shuts down the very next day with a lock on the exterior. And to this day they reply to my friends with chatgpt replies to their questions on when the gym will open which is hilarious Absolute swindlers the whole lot.

Its really frustrating with how things are being handled at true fitness. It has been closed for more than a week now, and there has been no proper update or explanation. They said it would reopen on Monday, but it's still closed. This is wasting our time, energy, and honestly, it's creating a lot of confusion and trouble. As members, we deserve to be informed. This kind of behavior is not fair and unprofessional. Worst experience

Excellent gym with huge space for every type of workout whether it be cardio or weight training . Good trainers too . Crowd is on heavy side during evening after 7pm . Steam bath available Need to improve on music played
