The gym is fully equipped. With on-site helpers that always make the gym clean and fresh tower is available. The trainers are very knowledgeable and always ready to help you and ensure you do the movement correctly, which is crucial! The unflattering part of the gym is the admin staff, they're not as engaging or proactive as the trainer, I've requested some help for example checking if I forgot my gloves at the gym yet I don't get any response or follow-up at all. Which is quite disappointing.

They say "A place is as good as the people that run it". In the case, it's a great gym with wonderful staff. Especially, the head coach Sailendra Rane and Customer relations Wasim Sharif who have conceptualized and run the place very well respectively. The place is very spacious with international gym equipment like Hammer Strength. The place has a cold water jacuzzi which a cherry on the cake (at least for me). The place is extremely well kept and cleaned often. I would highly recommend this place to any international traveller because you will feel just like at home.

Extremely disappointed with this gym. I paid for a one-year membership expecting professional trainers and quality service, but that has not been the case. My assigned trainer left, and they have failed to provide a suitable replacement, and when I asked for a refund for the remaining months, they outright refused, saying they have a 'no refund policy.' This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. I have tried to resolve this issue amicably, but they are unwilling to provide any fair solution. I am now considering filing a formal legal complaint under the Consumer Protection Act. I do NOT recommend this gym to anyone looking for reliable service and professional trainers. They take your money and don't deliver what they promise.

This one is special ! I have been dealing with a severe arm pull since almost last year . I had also been advised by doc to undergo a surgery , but I then joined Reset after my sister's recommendation and there I met the Head Trainer Bali in July 2024. I must say that he's a game changer and he had entered my life as a saviour that time . I have been training with him since last 6 months and my hand is 90% recovered ! and I can't thank him enough for the same ... people who are dealing with injuries /chronic muscle pain , pain in spine , knee pain , sciatica, frozen shoulder etc ... i highly recommend Bali !! He will transform you. Also the gym is very functional, with a filtered out crowd , and they have a beautiful Terrace that overlooks the sea .. where one can do a lot of functional training . They have icebath and steam room too which can be used on a daily basis , without any extra charge
