Resculpt Fitness is all about redefining fitness and making fitness a more engrossing and fun loving activity for everyone. Our mission is to provide with the best tools and knowledge to help our participants accomplish their fitness goals. We focus on new and innovative exercises that can be highly useful in training different people in achieving their specific fitness targets. Kaustubh Bornare is the founder of Resculpt Fitness, a kickboxing academy is passionate about sports and martial arts. As a kid he admired Bruce Lee movies with his father who is a boxer. He pursed excellency in Martial Arts, Kickboxing and Karate. Kaustubh is instrumental in training celebrities, youth, gym trainers, students and alike.

Absolutely loved the way the workout was designed. A mix of kickboxing with functional and weight training was good for an full body workout. Kaustubh Sir has been super motivating and always pushing us harder, correcting our forms to have maximum benefits. The workoutsadee a lot more flexible and helped me tone up as well as loose those extra weight. I had a considerable inch loss with the workouts. The best part is kaustubh Sir pays absolute attention to the form and techniques which really makena difference. learning from a scratch, I've learned lots of things about kickboxing, from jab to cross, from roundhouse kick to low kick, from hook to uppercut, from spinning kick to how to defend yourself in a fight. Each and every time spend with Kaustubh sir was precious with lots of combat knowledge. The changes I've noticed in myself is that my self confidence has been raised after learning kickboxing level 1 course, being as a fitness trainer now I can incorporate different types of workout related kickboxing. The training style during class comprised a blend of general fitness, functional and strength training with the main focus on kickboxing. The changes I felt after having joined the class included, but were not limited to an increase in flexibility, more strength and agility, higher levels of stamina and endurance and a general increase in fitness. My progress throughout the class has accelerated, thanks to the consistent practice and variety of exercises and techniques that we are subjected to each session. One of my favourite qualities of Kaustubh Sir was his patience and tolerance during each session, and his reluctance to give up on us or let us give up on ourselves. His constant motivation encourages us to keep going and improving. My feedback regarding the technical style is mostly positive, with a great appreciation for the dedication Kaustubh Sir puts in to explain the technical and scientific principles behind kickboxing to help us better comprehend our anatomy and the fundamental aspects of kickboxing.

The changes I felt after joining the class were an increase in stability, strenght, endurance, and a general increase in physically fitness. My progress throught the class has drastically changed. At the beginning of the class my physical strength was less though soon after consistency and hard work I was able to see major improvements in my strength and ability to perform. Kaustubh Bornare's training quality is something that I liked. I enjoyed his warm up and intensivity of trainings. He always tries to include trainings which positively fit you best that are enjoying as well.m. The training style and technicality was mostly positive and highly advanced. The style was altered and personalized based on our needs.
