Plej Fitness - Thakur Complex

Even 1 star is too much. Worst Gym - I have ever joined in my life. There is a lot that needs to be spoken so I will share the following points. I had joined this gym early 2025 even though I only went for a month I had medical issues I stopped going. During that month I observed following things - Most unhygienic shower room No mats outside washroom No cleaning shower rooms. If you're a beginner and you think you will joing and any trainer is going to help you forget about that. I don't blame them considering the fact how it's maintained I feel bad for trainers. Even though I never asked fortunately I never needed a trainer. I remember complaining about keeping the mats ( which is barely of any cost ) to keep outside steam room and washrooms no change. I stopped going to gym after a month now after 6 months I went for the first time expecting it to get a bit better as they mentioned they are planning to renovate when I had joined in. Now this is the most insane part - From 0 it went to minus 5 when it comes to hygiene Steam room is stinking, Still no mats ( imagine 6 months prior a member complaint thrice and they can't afford to keep a towel or cloth or mats outside shower rooms or steam it's is so risky The moment I got done with steam and went to shower rooms I was surprised to see spider webs, fleas and so many insects ( which is by the way a very small shower room ) I felt claustrophobic and stepped out. I am surprised if some government offical or someone who looks for cleanliness steps in what will they wonder. Honestly I don't expect gym to be perfect But basic things which is cleanliness Mattress or hygeine needs to be followed The shower rooms are worst then public toilet Horrible experience, I still have my membership left I stepped out and have joined another gym. I know it won't matter to you , you have lost one member but understand the disappointment of service. I hope they understand the seriousness of health being at risk for members.

One of the Fully equipped gym in Thakur complex area of kandivali East. The cost is also very reasonable considering the gym equipments and professional trainer's. Only thing is they can improve is more personal training time to new joiners. The only gym available here with steam and shower facilities. You can also get facility to tranfer your membership if you switch from this area.

I just shifted to Mumbai from Delhi around 2 month back and joined Plej fitness for my fitness and cutting schedule. Equipments are sufficient and well maintained. Best part, gym is divided into 3 part, Cardio, Weight Training and Open Air Crossfit Area, which is best part of the gym. Staffs and trainers are very cordial and knowledgeable, specially Shehnaz, who provided me customised diet chart and monitors my progress on regular interval. I am really getting good results. One of the best gym in thakur complex , mandar sir is very helpful , equipments are very good and well maintained.

Its just been a month since i have joined Plej. I must say, it's simply a great place. The gym is really neat and well maintained. The staff is really friendly and well mannered. The trainers are also very knowledgeable and helpful, Specially Nitin sir he has been very motivating and encouraging, under his guidance i have already started seeing change and feeling good to go to the gym and workout evey single day. He makes the workout experience fun as well. I would recommend this gym to everyone.

Gym is too good Entire gokul heaven comes to train over here The trainees are teaching a lot better and are very communicable

This gym is very good. With good facilities and staff. They gave me a bag, a mask, a sipper and a dry fit tee with my membership as well. The staff and trainers are also very helpful. Would totally recommend this gym to everyone :] the best trainer u will found out in the gym is nitin sir.

Great place to workout. I have been during personal training under Mandar Sir since months now. He has improved my strength and mobility. He works on getting the correct posture and form. I have lost some inches under his training. He is one of the best trainer i would recommend in Plej.
