I'm a member of this gym and yes the environment is good, trainers and staff are supportive. However some equipments are not up to date and which needs to be changed. Overall, it is worth the price

When I asked the gym for the CCTV footage to help find my missing phone, they first asked me to bring a pen drive. After I gave them the pen drive, their technician was unavailable for hours. When the technician finally arrived, they said the footage was corrupted. It seems like they are trying to cover up the issue instead of helping me. As you said, please show the CCTV footage of where my mobile was placed. Let everyone see who's really at fault - me or your gym. You couldn't even provide proper footage, or now you're saying the hard disk got corrupted when I asked for proof. How can we trust the safety of our belongings if your CCTV stops working exactly when it's needed to find the thief or the person who moved my phone? Note - you all didn't help me to find my device I myself found my device. Please provide proof as you mentioned I kept my mobile somewhere else and forgot. Which you are not ready to provide footage of 12.08.2025. Provide CCTV footage

Training since 1year here, very good gym fully hygienic and the staff here are very helpful Mr Akif the manager of this gym very humble and sweet guy. Personal experience:- go for this gym the crowd is also good and the equipment are in very good condition

Excellent gym with wide range of equipments.The trainers and staffs are very helpful.They also have protein smoothie counter which serves pre and post workout protein shakes.Loving my workout at pro fitness.

Wish I could say these guys are not cheats, even more so after years of patronage. Randomly shut doors last year after pestering me for weeks to prematurely renew my yearly membership (should've seen the red flag, they already knew they were moving). No follow up whatsoever-except on their instagram page, which you're obligated to follow if you join the gym apparently. After a year of no gymming for me, there's no acknowledgment of their intentional lack of communication, let alone even a partial refund or extension at their new place. Best case scenario for them is you pay and don't use the gym, which they'll do their best to ensure. Free money ain't it? 10k well spent I would say, to learn a lesson on ethics. Gym membership not worth nearly that much for the kind of service they provide. Plenty of better options in a ~2km radius, people (maharashtra fitness, cult, FC2, anytime).
