Great Trainers and good equipment and crowd as well. Good diet plan. Trainers are really helpful and supportive. Crowd is really nice. The gym is really spacious, it also has outdoor games like pool. For lower body there is completely different area which is really nice. Overall gym is really good. Alka mam is really nice and supportive, guiding through all exercises and helping overall.

After injury ,they are not allowing elliptical on belted shoes.
Understand cardio is allowed in shoes but if someone's toe is injured then you cant to even cycling or elliptical

If someone is generally wearring something else from shoes we can understand your rules. If someone is injured and that too your old customer

Extremely disappointed with One Above Fitness - Borivali West branch.
As a professional athlete representing India, I expected basic respect and proper training conditions. Instead, I've faced:
- Rude and unprofessional behavior from staff, especially the manager Purvi, who told me to leave the gym over a baseless complaint.
- Unjustified interference during my training, despite repeatedly requesting not to be disturbed.
- Poor maintenance: non-functional air conditioning, cold showers not working for weeks, and a broken step-up box that hasn't been replaced in over 75 days.
- No prior communication when the gym was randomly shut for Dussehra, while other branches remained open.
I only use liquid and block chalk that don't dirty the place, yet I was singled out unfairly. This environment has become mentally exhausting. If you're serious about your fitness or need a peaceful training space, this is not the place. Would not recommend.

Management is pathetic don't have any common sense and is completely biased. Gym trainers are big creeps who keep passing comments on the gym floor. Some of the members form a group of 4 and 5 and completely take over the squats sections and don't let anyone else use it.
