Horrible gym half the machines are not working. No windows ... quite dirty.worst are the trainers who don't know the work and just sit and chat.

The whole ambience is superb and trainers are enthusiastic,helpful and knowledge is good so you don't underdog or overdo and land up in injury. As a senior citizen I started 3 months ago very happy Super clean gym with super house keeping Trainers are very focussed Staff at desk smiling helpful. All in all it inspires to come as much as you can

Worth doing gym in OFC as it has all type equipment's. Be it weights, cardio, Zumba, yoga, etc. one of my stress buster place. And also it is located in prime place.

Excellent Gym with Outstanding Trainers - Highly Recommended! I've been attending this gym for a while now, and I must say, the experience has been exceptional. The facilities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and motivating. What really sets this gym apart, though, are the incredible trainers. Sahil ,Umakant ,Vimal and Pinkesh are the fantastic coach who always pushes me to my limits in the best way possible. Their attention to detail in technique and form has really helped me improve my overall strength and endurance. They are extremely knowledgeable and patient, making even the toughest workouts enjoyable. All are instrumental in helping me fine-tune my routines and achieve better results. Overall, I highly recommend this gym. Five stars!
