Trainers are well trained and behave professionally... sakshi jadhav is one of the trainer from herucules gym... she give best training and guide properly.... She is very polite. I highly recommend if any one wana gain or loose weight she can guide well

The gym is maintained with good equipments especially the cardio section. The separate place for stretching is one of the plus point.Trainers are very professional and supportive,I prominently mention 'Rakesh Sir' who keeps a strict eye on everones traning and helps everyone if they are in need. It's a clean and good place for workout.

Gym is little small but contains all the equipment necessary for fitness also the cardio section is the plus point of the gym, Trainers are supportive and helpfull always there for you mr rakesh sir and sakshi mam are certified and knowledgeable too

After joining Hercules gym, I have felt very happy. The atmosphere here is very good. There is a separate place to stretch the muscles after working out. There are also male and female trainers here "Rakesh sir" helped me a lot . Best for personal training , He is a good dietician
