MAJOR ISSUE - THE DUSTBINS IN THE WASHROOMS DON'T HAVE LIDS. THE WASHROOM STINK BECAUSE THE USED TOILET PAPERS ARE STORED IN OPEN DUSTBINS. THE SMELL SOMETIMES IS SUFFOCATING AND UNBEARABLE. I HAVE FLAGGED THIS ISSUE 4 TIMES IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS. FOR SOME REASON THEY ARE NOT IMPLEMENTING THIS BASIC SUGGESTION. OTHERWISE The best gym, equipment wise and staff-wise. One more major issue is that they don't allow 2 Trials which everyone gets through the Cult App and then they. State some random reason for not allowing trials. Will make this review 5 star if the major issue gets resolved.

Extremely unprofessional & sales driven attitude of the gym staff, especially the trainers who'll turn a blind eye to any of your requests, complaints or suggestions unless you take their personal trainer membership as well. Despite it the gym is perpetually overcrowded with unhygienic & crammed changing rooms, exorbitant prices & zero satisfaction. "A big NO to newcomers".

I have been training here for more than 6 months. I believe it's more about the training experience than the machine quality u train with. I highly recommend Nitin Shinde at Gold's Gym, Parel, to anyone serious about achieving their fitness goals with proper form and precision. He is an exceptional trainer--genuinely dedicated, highly knowledgeable, and always attentive.He genuinely understands your personal goals and works with you step-by-step to ensure you reach them. He has holistic approach and focuses on ur diet and nutrition as well. Super highly recommend:)

Trained under Rohit, their Trainer on the floor.. Very approachable.. He was patient & explained all the excercises perfectly taking time & checking the form! Really loved the session.. Most trainers in most gyms, will start pitching PT as soon as they get a glance of you, but Rohit was more focused on the exercise part rather than sales pitch!!! Need more trainers like him truly!! Highly highly recommend this guy!

Absolutely pathetic experience, don't take cult membership or even if you do, do not take this particular branch at least as your base gym. I will separate out key points below as to why: DO NOT TAKE A CULT MEMBERSHIP 1) Staff: Pathetic staff, especially the Trainers are just behind getting their personal training quota fulfilled, they don't give a damn about helping others; while thr floor trainers stand there and are extremely unapproachable and non active. The central manager is full of crap, he won't give a damn about your needs once you have taken the membership from him, he is rude, ignorant and only cares about his sales. There's no help for beginners, they will pester you to take their PT or else won't help you at all. Further, they will grab all the machines and all the spaces for their PT members in the gym and will ask you to wait for ages, even tho you were there first. 2) Gym area: They recently renovated the men's changing room and to everyone's surprise, they have rather made it worse. There is infact no space to change, there are 50 lockers with all of them being taken given on any particular day peak hours. It's so small, barely 5-6 people can change in a given time vs 30+ people being there waiting for ever to get some space. There is a ladder lying around ever since they got the gym renovated which is full of rust and in an aide to find space within the crowded arena, I ended up cutting my leg off the tars hanging from the rusted ladder, inviting a tetanus injection. Absolutely pathetic staff who for the smallest of things shakes of the responsibility of their shoulders and conveniently asks you to contact the cult team, who is as unresponsive as one can be and is only interested in their sales. Despite repeated attempts to reach out to them, they will not bother once. It is difficult for them to even get a ladder removed since 4+ months. 3) Rules & Regulations: Within the code of conduct, there is no mention that one has to compulsorily change their shoes in the gym. However, suddenly, the centre manager asks me to compulsorily adhere to the above and did not allow me an entry in the gym. He was so damn rude, he was ridiculous, arrogant and harassing me. Despite taking it up with the cult team, they have not taken it up. My office is just two floors above the gym and in that scenario, why would I change my shoes wherein my office building is one of the cleanest, most hygienic office spaces and I just need to take the lift and come down! There is nothing mentioned in the Code of Conduct with respect to this, nor in the terms and conditions. I am thinking of taking a legal action with respect to this and they just come up with mandatory rules without even mentioning it up front. If you care for your money, do not take the cult membership, especially if this is your main branch.

Gold's GYM is one of the best gym good equipment lovely institute teacher who teach very well having a great time.

Currently persuing personal training course over here and must say staff and other teaching faculty is totally professional. Our coach is very perfect with his training sessions.
