I've been training at Gold gym for past few months now and I can confidently say it's one of the best fitness experiences I've had. The facility is clean and well-equipped. My personal trainer, Sameer, is knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping me reach my goals. Each session is well-structured and tailored to my fitness level, with a perfect mix of challenge and encouragement. I've seen great results and feel stronger and more confident.
Also a special mention to nutritionist Dr. Komal for helping me with personalised diet charts and tips to keep everything on track.

This gym is crowded to another level and has the worst quality of crowd here. As a women, most of the men in the gym including a trainer keep staring at you and it gets way too uncomfortable after a point. There is also this skinny young boy who does nothing but keep staring at you and it does not matter how many times you eye roll at this person. Every time you look at the mirror or walk in any direction, you can spot this person staring shamelessly and also giggling looking at you. Men at this gym do not make it comfortable for women working out here.

I had joined for a year, because I was a member in 2018. But mostly because I loved their Zumba classes. They straight up lied through their teeth saying they had classes this time, only to stop the classes suddenly - the reason being Zumba was a COMPLIMENTARY CLASS, WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL THAT WHEN I WAS JOINING??? AFTER THE MERGER WITH CULT FIT, things have gone bad. Some people were given the refund, I was not. Even the two women at the reception are scammers. They are sweet to you until you join and then they don't reven respond to your queries.
The people leaving positive reviews are the one who have hired trainers, but for the rest the experience is really bad.

Worst gym experience ever - highly unprofessional staff!
I visited this gym for a one-day workout since I was in Kandivali for work and didn't want to miss my training. As a certified fitness trainer myself, I politely informed the front desk that I'm here for just one session and would be happy to pay for it. To my shock, the lady at the reception (evening shift) responded in the most arrogant and disrespectful way possible.
Instead of handling it professionally, she said "trainers are not allowed to workout" - with zero logic or courtesy. I wasn't there to train anyone, just to train myself - which clearly didn't go well with her massive ego.
Her tone, attitude, and behavior were beyond rude. Is this how you treat fitness professionals? With such a toxic front desk, I seriously question how you treat your actual members.
Train hard, stay humble - something this staff clearly hasn't learned.

It's been more than a year since I had started my fitness journey at Gold's Gym Thakur Village with my Personal Trainer (PT) Sameer Kondekar (aka Sam).
It was a roller coaster ride, restarting myself being fit after a long time. During this entire journey, my trainer kept me motivated and engaged by improvising all the boring workouts and made it interesting.
He also provides a lot of information on the particular workout program being followed and how it will benefit me. He plans my training schedule so well that I look forward to every week with utmost enthusiasm. I could really see how my body fitness has improved with time.
Also a special mention of the nutritionist Dr. Komal for helping me with personalized diet charts and tips to keep everything on track.
The front desk and support staff is also quite good in this gym.

Extremely disappointing experience for an Elite member. I've been with Cult since 2021 and paid extra to transfer my membership from Bangalore to Mumbai. This centre charges premium fees but doesn't deliver even basic facilities properly.
On my recent visit, the steam room was shut off well before closing time -- despite me and 4 other members asking for it. The front desk staff, especially the so-called 'manager', was rude, dismissive, and spoke disrespectfully in front of other people.
The gym is overcrowded, lacks basic equipment like belts and bands, and the staff have zero sense of customer service. Definitely not worth the Elite fees -- plenty of better, more courteous gyms in Mumbai for far less.
Think twice before signing up here.

Management's behaviour is not appropriate. When I had my personal training Going on they were very sweet ; when asked for other trainer to continue with PT no response from their side should not go for personal training as we pay and we don't get to choose who we are willing to train with ! They want us to continue with the trainer they provided even if we are not comfortable !
