Gold's Gym Lower Parel

MAJOR ISSUE - THE DUSTBINS IN THE WASHROOMS DON'T HAVE LIDS. THE WASHROOM STINK BECAUSE THE USED TOILET PAPERS ARE STORED IN OPEN DUSTBINS. THE SMELL SOMETIMES IS SUFFOCATING AND UNBEARABLE. I HAVE FLAGGED THIS ISSUE 4 TIMES IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS. FOR SOME REASON THEY ARE NOT IMPLEMENTING THIS BASIC SUGGESTION. OTHERWISE The best gym, equipment wise and staff-wise. One more major issue is that they don't allow 2 Trials which everyone gets through the Cult App and then they. State some random reason for not allowing trials. Will make this review 5 star if the major issue gets resolved.

Extremely unprofessional & sales driven attitude of the gym staff, especially the trainers who'll turn a blind eye to any of your requests, complaints or suggestions unless you take their personal trainer membership as well. Despite it the gym is perpetually overcrowded with unhygienic & crammed changing rooms, exorbitant prices & zero satisfaction. "A big NO to newcomers".

I have been training here for more than 6 months. I believe it's more about the training experience than the machine quality u train with. I highly recommend Nitin Shinde at Gold's Gym, Parel, to anyone serious about achieving their fitness goals with proper form and precision. He is an exceptional trainer--genuinely dedicated, highly knowledgeable, and always attentive.He genuinely understands your personal goals and works with you step-by-step to ensure you reach them. He has holistic approach and focuses on ur diet and nutrition as well. Super highly recommend:)

Trained under Rohit, their Trainer on the floor.. Very approachable.. He was patient & explained all the excercises perfectly taking time & checking the form! Really loved the session.. Most trainers in most gyms, will start pitching PT as soon as they get a glance of you, but Rohit was more focused on the exercise part rather than sales pitch!!! Need more trainers like him truly!! Highly highly recommend this guy!
