I've been training with Pradeep Sir for the past 7 months, and the results have been incredible. His approach is dynamic -- constantly introducing new workout variations that keep things interesting and effective. More than just a trainer, he's a true motivator who inspires you to show up and push yourself every day. The gym itself is well-equipped, clean, and well-maintained -- a great environment to work out in. Highly recommended!

The facilities are well-maintained, and the variety of equipment caters to different workout preferences Zaid sheikh is an excellent fitness coach who demonstrates deep knowledge and passion for helping clients. This gym is real amazing. Super clean, spacious and top equipments. All the trainers are v friendly, extremely qualified and exceptional. They take interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at and push you in right way with excellent tips and tricks to make most out of every workout. Additionally free parking is available that makes it by far the best facility around in Powai. It's just a few hundreds of meters from Nahar Society, hence convenience at the finest for me. Overall vibe is great. And my experience here has been and continues to be perfect. Would highly recommend!
