My bike's speedometer got stolen from the gym's parking. The person at reception, Mr. Parag, told that it is not gym's responsibility as the gym only provides parking space and DOES NOT guarantee the safety of customer's parked vehicle. He casually added that a bi-cycle got stolen from parking and same thing happened, i.e. the business didn't take the responsibility. Had there been a camera installed by gym near the parking space, police would have nabbed the culprit or the theft would have been avoided altogether as camera would have discouraged the thief. Don't advertise to customers that gym provides "free parking" if you can't guarantee the safety of the parked vehicles. I found the reception/business to be lethargic and unaccountable. Attaching footage from Laxmi Plaza's CCTV showing how the thief stolen my bike's speedometer. So if you own a vehicle then join the gym at your own risk, as this video could well be of your vehicle. Also, equipments are okay but quite old and I feel it is a bit overpriced.

Good gym specially for calisthenics, have all the equipments. Trainers are good and Owner is very supportive. They have recently introduced add on amenities like massage, ice bath, etc which are a must try.

It's a complete scam. the trainer doesn't give clear instruction to clients. You really cannot trust them when it comes to service. Always asking you to pay for future membership & PT but never want to discuss current situation or issue to resolve. Kunal at reception thinks he is running the best and ONLY gym in town. Lots of gym around in a radius of 5km which are better and worth going to than this one

The Smith machine at Fitness 5 Gym is not just outdated--it's a safety hazard. Despite raising this issue multiple times, no action has been taken. I'm already experiencing hip joint pain due to this faulty equipment, and the risk of injury is only escalating for other members. Even the gym instructors acknowledge the problem but seem powerless to effect change. This negligence shows a complete disregard for the safety and well-being of your members. If this issue isn't addressed immediately, it's only a matter of time before it leads to serious injuries and legal complications. Your members deserve better--fix this now.

A year's worth of money spent into this gym's membership went to waste due to their thoroughly unprofessional behavior. I was interrupted 10 minutes into my workout by a male staff who asked me to join him at the reception, where he commented on my loose pants, calling them unfit to wear in the gym, and telling me that I wouldn't be permitted to use the gym in them. As someone who loves to train in loose clothes, and has been doing so for almost 20 years, I was appalled by their ridiculous request, apart from finding the fact that they chose a male member to highlight this to me, highly inappropriate. All the comments made in previous reviews about the two obnoxious women at the reception are completely true. One of them (Utkarsha) claims to be the owner of the gym. When I asked her on what basis was she insisting the my pants did not qualify as 'workout-appropriate' attire, she responds stating, "fabric". The other leaves no stone unturned in attempting to throw her weight around, and with her warped sense of fashion insisted on calling my pants Palazzo. And insisted on comparing them with jeans. She claimed that while the pants were comfortable for me to exercise in, it was not okay for them, as though it is a member's prerogative to appease the owners of the gym with their sartorial choices. This gym has been notorious for their absurd rules. In fact, ahead of paying the yearly amount, I specifically inquired if they have any peculiar issues considering the other negative reviews about them, and they said they had none. Evidently they lie to persuade you to make annual payments. It is gyms like this one that make people question their decision to invest in smaller gym chains instead of branded ones. There's abundant discussion on how the people of this gym seem to abuse their power, and disregard the very members who pay to keep their gym running. At least six months of my membership has now gone to waste due to their behavior. Would certainly recommend trusting more recognized brands in the vicinity instead of this gym to keep your money secure
