The best gym I've been to! I've tried various gyms before, once I joined Fitness Shrine, I've been consistent with my workouts. The space is large spanning over 3000 sq. ft., so it never feels cramped. The equipment is well-maintained.
The warm and understanding owners, Steffi and Anish, also are fitness enthusiasts themselves. The trainers here are professional, skilled, and supportive. From large areas, great machines, to excellent trainers - i find this gym complete.
I've been a regular here for the past 12 years and I recommend it to everyone!

That's unacceptable behavior from a gym trainer! No one deserves to be physically or verbally abused.
"Unfortunately, I witnessed a outside gym trainer physically confront a member and the 2 members also raised hand on one of the Gym member. Gym management should address this incident and ensure a safe environment for all. I came for a membership. but, looking at that. Seriously horrible.

She makes sure that my exercise routine is tailor made to my body type and incorporates all my health issues and physical deficiencies. She has been able to help me overcome many of my back and neck related issues by using precise exercise routine which she made me follow daily.

Hi.....been a part of this gym for the past 6 odd years. The earlier location was quiet but the current one is spacious. All members have their personal space and the trainers on floor are most cordial and helpful. The owners are wonderful humans and very professionals (being athletes themselves).
