This gym is a complete disappointment. The machines are poorly maintained, with no proper equipment like plates or a deadlift platform. The staff's communication is unprofessional and rude. Worst of all, the machine handles are so dirty that the color sticks to your hands after use--absolutely unhygienic! I'm fed up with the lack of care and basic facilities. Management needs to take immediate action to fix these issues or risk losing more customers. Do better! The state of the equipment is abysmal. A significant number of machines are either broken, squeaking ominously, or missing critical components like weight plates and adjustment pins. For example, I've encountered multiple occasions where I couldn't complete a workout because the necessary weights simply weren't available--either lost, misplaced, or never replaced. This isn't just an inconvenience; it derails entire fitness plans and makes the membership feel like a waste of money. A gym's core offering is its equipment, and failing to maintain it shows a blatant disregard for customers' needs.
