I've been a member since May and overall, I've had a good experience with the staff and the gym area's maintenance. However, I've noticed that the AC in the warm-up/stretching area hasn't been working properly for months. Despite informing the receptionist multiple times, the issue hasn't been resolved yet. I hope the gym can prioritize fixing this issue, as it's an important area for members to prepare and cool down. I'm looking forward to seeing improvements.

I had signed up for a membership at Fit7 Gym in Ghansoli managaed by the same owners . The gym was supposed to open in May. Months have passed and the gym has still not opened. * The owners are completely unreachable -- they don't pick up calls, are not available at the site, and there is no one to attend to clients. * I have paid the full membership fee and am neither getting a refund nor any clarity on when the gym will actually open. * The initial staff was extremely unprofessional, giving random opening dates each time I asked, only to keep delaying them. When confronted about these false promises, one even went as far as to call me a liar. This is pathetic service and a highly unprofessional way of treating paying customers. There has been zero transparency, zero accountability, and zero respect for clients' time and money. I would strongly advise anyone considering this gym to stay away until they actually open and prove they can deliver.

It's so poorly maintain by gym owner and it's management staff who are just giving new excuses every day on why they can't fix issues! Firstly premises is not well maintained neither the lift is clean or kept in good condition. Secondly ac of the gym floor has not been fix even after constant reminding them how inconvenient it is to workout in that heated condition for more then 6 months but all they give is some lame excuses. Men's changing area smells like public urinal and no action is taken about it after toons of complaint. Cardio treadmill are not at all good quality, doesn't have stability , starts shaking when walking and running over 6.0 speed.(Even experience sudden stop/shock) Recently they have purchased secondhand spinning cycle not even in good condition. honestly wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is looking forward to enroll this gym membership special thinking it's M.s.dhoni venture gym It's totally disappointing. after constant complaining the have recently hired house keeping staff to clean gym floor, equipment, washroom All that 4 and 5 star reviews are fake so don't fall for it !

Updated review: ---------------- Currently the Gym management and staff are taking the customer feedback and trying to implement those which is really great. New machines are added in Cardio section even being refurbished, still better. Have added streching machine and Hygiene has improved a lot but still there is a scope like weight plates cleaning in a while as they are dusty, etc Gym is spacious, new and there is continuous steam provided and Ice-bath on demand which is cool. Still more meaningful machines can be added and improved. Apart from this, there is more room to improve and with this direction, this Gym can become a top-tier
