Extreme fitness is the best platform for me to perform. Trainers of extreme fitness are very helpful and friendly they treat everyone equally and make sure that every member should complete their workout and then leave from the gym .24/7 there is one or the other trainer in the gym . Owner of the gym Mr. Shahnawaz shikh is very kind and very dedicated about the workout and very attentive towards members. Equipments of the gym are also well maintained. Overall the experience and review about the gym is excellent from my side .

My partner and I visited the gym after a recommendation from a friend. Great experience, gym has everything you need. It's also very very clean. They offer protein shakes and supplements too which is nice. 350 baht each was reasonable.
