Unacceptable practices at E-Gym. Staff salaries are consistently delayed or withheld without explanation. It's disappointing to see a business prioritize profits over its employees' well-being. Until they resolve their payment issues, I wouldn't recommend supporting this gym.

Extremely Disappointed - E-Gym Has Hit Rock Bottom I had renewed my membership at E-Gym after a 2-year break, hoping that things might've improved. Unfortunately, it's become worse than ever -- and that's saying something. * Air Conditioning? Non-existent. Prepare to sweat not from your workout, but from poor ventilation and heat. * The floors are filthy, and basic cleanliness is just not a priority anymore. * There's an area with a fake green grass mat which literally smells like urine -- absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. * Fungus and mould on the walls are all over the gym. This is not just an eyesore -- it's a serious health hazard, especially when you're breathing hard during a workout. * The washrooms stink, and I genuinely try to avoid using them unless it's an emergency. * There's no cold drinking water, ever. You work out and go to refill your bottle, only to find warm water or an empty cooler. * And the worst part -- the management just does not care. I've raised these issues multiple times, and all I've received is attitude and indifference. It's like they've accepted that the gym is falling apart and just don't want to fix anything. Don't be fooled by the misleading reviews and polished old pictures -- the place looks NOTHING like that now. It's run-down, unhygienic, and extremely disappointing. If you're thinking of joining this gym -- don't waste your money, your time, or your health. This place is the definition of false promises and zero upkeep. I rarely write reviews like this, but this level of neglect and disrespect towards customers pushed me to do it. E-Gym needs a complete overhaul -- not just of its equipment, but its attitude.

Absolutely the Worst Gym Experience If you value your money, time, and self-respect -- stay far away from this place. I joined this so-called "VIP" gym for just 21 days, and it turned into the most unprofessional, pathetic experience I've ever had. For 3-4 consecutive days, the so-called VIP zone didn't even have lemon tea. When we complained, the receptionist Ritika sarcastically said, "Lemon tea ke liye join kiya hai kya gym?" and even had the audacity to say, "Jab meri marzi hogi tab band kar denge." Apparently, here the chief receptionist acts like the owner -- because the actual management or owner is invisible and completely disconnected from running the gym. The "VIP zone"? Nothing VIP about it -- facilities and equipment are worse than a roadside gym. When I complained further, higher management hid behind half-hearted apologies, but Ritika herself never apologized. Another woman, claiming she had "25 years of experience managing gyms," barged in and shouted at us, which is disgraceful behaviour for senior staff. And it didn't stop there: They overcharged me 6,000 for just 21 days, even deducting GST. They lied and called the police, falsely accusing my companion of misbehaving. Management didn't even have the guts to speak to members directly -- they sent cheap receptionists to do their dirty work. They threatened to withhold refunds unless we waited hours in the gym. This place is the perfect example of fake promises ("Badi Badi Baatein"), cheap facilities, rude staff, and complete dishonesty. The way it's run, it's not a gym -- it's a circus run by receptionists pretending to be owners. Avoid at all costs.
