This is seriously frustrating ! The staff and trainers are completely unhelpful, and most of the equipment is always hidden for some reason. Every time we ask for something, the answer is either "it's broken" or "not available." But magically, when the trainer's personal clients are working out, everything is available for them! How is that even fair? I've paid for the Elite pass, and this is the kind of treatment I get? Is this how you're planning to grow your gym by ignoring regular members and only focusing on personal clients? Completely unacceptable!
