Our studio's approach is dance and fitness that involves understanding the body, music, inner spirit, and connectivity and so our classes feel more like a party than a boring workout! The creator and Co-Founder of our studio and its methodology is Shruti Rai, who is a professional Zumba instructor and fitness freak.
