Carewell Fitness - The Gym

Have been working out here since 2019. Experience has been fantastic. They have renovated some sections post pandemic, and it has become more pleasing to workout here. The cardio and weights section has been made separate sections. Good selection and quality of machines, regular maintenance and cleanliness is maintained. Also, very pocket friendly if you take the full year membership. If you want personal trainers, you'll get some of the very best here, who will push you to your limits, and help you achieve your fitness goals.

I'm Akanksha from Carewell Fitness Gym, and I'm really happy with my fitness journey here. The gym has a positive and motivating environment with all the necessary equipment. I'd especially like to mention trainer, Rizwana. She is extremely skilled, professional, and dedicated. Her training sessions are well-structured and customized to individual needs. What makes her stand out is her friendly and encouraging nature, which makes every session enjoyable and pushes me to do better. I genuinely look forward to my workouts thanks to her guidance.

The trainers are helpful and knowledgable. The equipments are well-serviced with a wide range of weights and machines. The gym timing also allows a lot of flexibility since it's open 7 days a week. Completed 7 years with this gym and it's one of the best gym in Powai chandivali area The owner (Jyoti) is so supportive and motivating. My Trainer Vaman is excellent with his job. I love the ambience and the people around. Good job

I've been working out at Carewell Fitness for a few months now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best fitness centers in the area. The gym is well-maintained, with clean equipment, plenty of space, and a positive atmosphere that keeps you motivated. From cardio machines to free weights and functional training areas, everything you need is available. A special shoutout to my trainer, Rizwana She's incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping her clients reach their goals. Her training style is a perfect balance of tough and encouraging. She pays close attention to form and always pushes me to improve without overdoing it. I've seen real progress in my strength, stamina, and overall fitness since training with her. Plus, her energy is always uplifting -- makes every session something I look forward to. Highly recommend both the gym and working with Rizwana if you're serious about getting fit in a safe, supportive environment!

Excellent ambience!! Friendly and helpful trainers. Cleanliness 100%. Steam sessions are awesome. Great environment to workout amd freshen up with too much positives vibes. They are very keen on hygiene. Best gym in the locality. Highly Recommended!
