About Akash Martial Arts

AKASH'S Martial Arts is a place where martial arts are taught as a skill to not only learn self-defense but to boost self-confidence and to gain tremendous functional fitness and strength. Mixed Martial Arts is a fusion of various forms of fighting styles. Striking skills are developed by learning a combination of Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai. For self-defense on the ground, Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is taught. Mixed Martial Arts promotes functional fitness by improving endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. It is the most effective process for fat burning and optimal weight loss. Mixed Martial Arts is taught in one-hour sessions thrice a week.
