You will never come across a Gym Owner who is very humble,always ready to help and support and meet the client's gym requirements,such a person Kartik sir is.He himself being a competitive bodybuilding athlete knows how the Gym must be and what all requirements must be there in the gym because apart from general fitness if you are a competitive bodybuilding athlete you will surely be in the right hand and guidance with enough of equipments and machines to build muscles and me being a powerlifter myself found the utmost important IRON plates in this gym which are not really present in most of the gyms even in the luxurious gym,here weightlifting plates (bumper plates) are also available for weightlifting athletes,dumbell here being of exact weight will not feel heavy due to its stable design ,has sufficient cardio machines and the facilities not only ends here but there is a full facility for calisthenic athletes too,its like a GYM build for all type of athletes and fitness enthusiasts that too at very very budgetable membership cost comparing to the facilities they provide and not to mention the massage facilities are also available here ,you just name it you got it in this gym.Also the trainers here are very interactive and funny but very much serious to their duties being a trainer.The Team Kartik also arranges many fitness related fun activities and competitions too. Going to make bunch of progress in this Gym for years.

A very good gym located in Mulund Colony. Simple and clean environment. Best trainer Swatesh Sir. He motivates you to give your best.Very knowledgeable and insists on proper alignment in every repetition. Best place.
