"Hey, I wanted to talk to you about my experience here. I've noticed that when I don't come to the gym for a few days, I don't get any follow-up calls or messages from the team. It feels like there's a lack of initiative to check in or offer support. Additionally, when I first started, the team was very enthusiastic and welcoming for the first few days, but then the engagement dropped off significantly. I feel like I'm not getting the support I need to stay motivated. Additionally, I've noticed that the gym is often overcrowded, making it difficult to work out comfortably. There's also a lack of guidance for new members, including unclear information about where to start, which equipment to use, and what schedule to follow. A clear one-week schedule would be helpful. Considering these issues, I feel that my membership experience has been disappointing. Unfortunately, I've already invested a significant amount (5000), which I don't expect to be refunded. Considering these issues, I've decided to explore alternative options that better fit my needs and budget. I hope you take these concerns seriously and consider improvements for future members."
