I've been training with Pradeep for a while now, and honestly, I can feel such a big difference. My main goal was to get stronger, and I definitely am -- I feel more confident lifting and doing things I couldn't before. I've also lost some weight along the way, and even my back and shoulder pain (which used to bother me a lot) has reduced so much. Pradeep really knows how to push you just enough without overdoing it, and his workouts actually make sense for your body and goals. Super happy with my progress so far! The gym itself has a really good vibe -- clean, well-equipped, and never feels overcrowded. All the machines are well-maintained, and there's plenty of space to work out comfortably without feeling rushed.
