Small space, crowded . Equipments are now got old, Other things like shower, steam, cardio , trainers are good. But the No facility of transfer of membership even with transfer fees, my friend was unable to come gym so his membership has 4months left but still they didn't allow him to transfer the membership to other friend. His entire gym fees got wasted. Thus Bad experience.
Mira Bhayandar ka no. 1 gym , good equipment & very nice & very helpfull traine ( kamlesh sir ) and all staff.
The ambience is good and familiar . Trainers are also supportive . Only needed change is walls should be enhanced by motivational posters.
