Small space, crowded . Equipments are now got old, Other things like shower, steam, cardio , trainers are good. But the No facility of transfer of membership even with transfer fees, my friend was unable to come gym so his membership has 4months left but still they didn't allow him to transfer the membership to other friend. His entire gym fees got wasted. Thus Bad experience.

Mira Bhayandar ka no. 1 gym , good equipment & very nice & very helpfull traine ( kamlesh sir ) and all staff.

The ambience is good and familiar . Trainers are also supportive . Only needed change is walls should be enhanced by motivational posters.

I've recently joined the gym a month ago, and have already started seeing the results because of rahul sir . He's extremely sweet and polite and will train you with the correct form . He makes sure that you do it the right way and gives equal attention to everyone. Overall it's being a grt experience training under him. I've so far lost 5kgs within 1.5 month.He makes work-out fun and enjoyable.

Its been Five months and everything is going smoothly. Exercise, in my opinion, is a fantastic method to alter your perception of both your physical and mental well-being. The receptionist kindly provided the necessary information. Not only are the gym instructors here good enough for a beginner, but they also close you down and give you focused instruction. I've trained under Kamlesh Sir and Rahul Sir, and I think they've produced decent results. The rest is up to you; transformation requires persistence, discipline and consistency. I would definitely recommend this place to beginners. The Changing rooms, Sweat bath, and toilets are ok and maintained clean. I still give it a four star rating because I believe that music increases the intensity and motivation of your workout. A little improvement in terms of music would just make it better, now this is my personal opinion.

I have been using this gym since a month. It was my first experience at gym, but Rahul as a trainer has made it really a cake walk for me to exercise. Rahul has good knowledge of instruments, and diet as well. The trainers in the gym are of jolly nature and motivates you too cross your limits. The gym has steam facility as well which is add on experience. Looking forward to continue with gym and trainer as well in my fitness journey.
