D Transformation is the best Gym in Mira Road I have ever experienced. D Transformation isn't just a gym -- it's a lifestyle upgrade. The energy here is unmatched. Approachable whenever you need him. 3 stars because of the staff and their attitude. Some staff is very friendly and approachable, but some have a different level of attitude. They ignore you as if we are working out free at the gym. Once their PT term is over they will behave as if they dont know you at all. Extremely dissappointed with my decision to renew the membership.

Trainers are very well trained and all are certified trainers.The gym is very clean and the support staff is also very supportive.It is very specious gym they have two side of gym one is for cardio and one is for weight training.I recommend everyone plz join Dtransformation one of the best gym in Mira road.

Pros - It's an aesthetically maintained spacious gym, one of the largest I know about. The machines are well maintained & regularly serviced, a problem I have faced in gyms I have gone too in the past, where I have seen strings broking during workout raising injury likelihoods. Then there are gyms who save costs by switching off air-conditioners on the name of maintenance, but I have never faced such issues at D-Transformation which talks about the mindset of owners here v/s others. The best part is that this gym has decent & experienced trainers maintaining professional demeanors who never pitch for personal memberships creating unwanted stress for members. The management here stresses discipline, which is quite subjective, hence people can take that as a pro, or a con based on their mindset & requirement but then discipline is part of good administration which results in maintaining the right appeal & atmosphere of this gym. Cons - They need a masseur and they need to improve the quality of water in change rooms but then this isn't great anyways at other places too. Kudos to all!!

I am 9 months pregnant and I wanted to use washroom but the owner bluntly declined me as it's a private property. I told him I am pregnant and cannot use the public washroom due to hygiene reasons. Still didn't agree. Even 5 star hotels like TAJ don't deny to pregnant women then what is this gym? A basic humanity is not there. Shameless people.
