Kishore sir- is an encyclopedia of fitness and talking about Ajit sir- he is my coach/trainer since more than 8 years wherein despite of having medical conditions wherein i was diagnosed with pulmoanry embolism i had overcome the same and my problems like breathing issue, weight issue was resolved within short time.
