One of the Oldest Gym of Mira Road. Ample Cardio Section with Steam Room! Best time to visit - Early Morning 6am to 11am.

It's a very spacious gym and the price is just unbelievable they have a full year membership and the price is 5k for a year fully air conditioning with steam , shower, and lockers available for keeping ur belonging the equipment are in good condition a very good place to start

This gym is soo not cool it's ambience is pretty good but their trainers are worst they do not respect their members i had seen an incident in front of me two of the trainers were arguing and disrespecting a guy which was really disgusting because as a member we should be treated politely, it had happened once but it can happen again and ofcourse self respect matters alot this was really disrespectful thank you

Rasaaz health gym is very nicee and one of the oldest gym i have ever know i took the membership over there andd havee ha great experience all the machines are maintained and but ther trainers over there they dont havee manners how to talk to the member and are very cheap they don't respect the members it my personal pov and i have seeen this and experience this i wont continue over there andd I would recommend that there aree many gym here in mira road u can go there but dont go to rasaaz just because of there trainers who actually dont have any respect for the members and havee too much attitude thank you

Good facilities but trainers have no manners to interact with the members I will recommend not to go to rassaz gym

Great place to work out, and spacious enough to move around

This Gym is a TERRIBLE place for women to workout especially a female trainer named MEENAKSHI who is not even trained or even qualified spreads negativity and toxicity in the gym. Even after complaining multiple times the management does not seem to care. She talks in an insulting way to all women in the gym and plays a spoil spot. Me and my friends including girls used to workout here unfortunately because of that one perticular trainer we had to switch. They will give you huge discounts just for the sake of gaining a member and then they turn a blind eye to what's happening. She has even led to multiple fights in the gym by spreading lies and hatred. I hope management takes this seriously as after us there are many others in the gym who have decided to not renew the membership.

2 stars because both the bathrooms do not have latches to lock it when you're using it. Wall-mounted soap dispenser is also not there. Basically anyone can open the door when you're taking a shower. On complaining to the person sitting at the reception, I came to know that this has been going on for the last 2 years at least. They refuse to get the lock fitted giving the excuse that it breaks after a duration of time and changing it doesn't make sense to them monetary wise I assume. On asking for the owners number or email, they refused to give me the details. Reason given -- "We're not allowed to share the contact details" Rest everything I found satisfactory about the gym. Will change my rating when the management will sort out the issues. Update: The issue still remains unsolved.
