This gym is of 5 star category in following manner: 1. No fans, therefore will boost up your metabolic rate in winters and in summers. 2. I understand cleanliness is not there, but of course if you love street workout, then you will fall in love with this gym. 3. Mostly, no fancy equipments, therefore, you will come to know your true potential. 4. Very huge space, therefore, no crowding at any point of time. 5. Anthony sir is so supportive, that he will extend the timing of the gym as per your requirement and dedication. He will not bother to close the gym at all. 6. Chicken shop smells come all time and that smell is enough to lessen the crowd, as many fancy ppl will not join the gym for that and you will get your own space. You will get use to that smell, as our olfactory cells have a tendency to loose the continuous smell sense, so after sometime/somedays, you will not feel that smell. 7. Washroom is big and of Indian type and not like other fancy gym which has of English type, which makes washroom dirty. This gymnasium is as cheap in rate as it can be. You cannot find a gym better than this by paying just 300/- per month. This gym has good trainer and the crowd here is also good. The equipmenta here are enough looking at the rate it offers the gym membership. But yes, equipments are old, bit we'll maintained.

You may or may not know me ... But this gym holds a special place in my heart. This is the gym that helped build my bodybuilding career. I have been to the best gyms as well as the worst...and trust me ..i have seen it all. To explain it simply.... Watch rocky 3 once again...or just the part where rocky gets soft while enjoying all the luxuries of life and looses....and that's when Carl weathers(Apollo creed) steps in to help him prepare for his comeback. ... That's what this gym does to you. No fancy stuff... No girls around to checkout... Pure hardcore work environment...pure blood sweat and tears. Only serious individuals should think about joining...it's not for sissy's.

It is a good option if you are looking for a cheap gym ( in terms of fees). Trainers are helpful. Not very hygienic and there is always a constant odour from chicken shop which is on the ground floor which spoils your mood.

It is one of the cheapest gym you will find in Mira Bhayander with lots of equipments. There are many trainers here but no personal trainers. If you wish do make a good physique you should join it.
