My experience has been great with the coach and the management of the gym , The gym is regularly cleaned and well maintained there are alot of equipments that you can train on , I personally prefer a place with clean and good enviroment and fitness factory is just the place for it its been a great experience working out in this gym on daily basis the vibe of the place is just very nice.

I am disappointed with the way this gym handled me. Wen I went for enquiry they give me some amount for yearly wit personal trainer and then I went for enrollment they changed the duration to 6 month which was not what was agreed upon. This feel misleading and unprofessional I believe gyms should b transparent and honest wit their customers. I hope they improve their communication and keep their word in the future

Fitness Factory is hands down one of the best gyms I've ever trained at. The equipment is top-notch, well-maintained, and caters to every fitness goal--from strength training and muscle building to cardio and functional workouts. The environment is clean, spacious, and motivating, with a great energy that makes you actually want to work out. What really sets Fitness Factory apart is the supportive and knowledgeable staff. The trainers are experienced, friendly, and always ready to help with form corrections, workout plans, or just some words of encouragement. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned lifter, this gym creates the perfect atmosphere to stay consistent and push yourself. Highly recommend it to anyone serious about their fitness journey!

I wanted to share a few concerns. The air conditioning seems to be set at a fixed temperature that's too low, which makes the gym uncomfortable, especially when it gets really hot. Also, although it's advertised as a 24/7 gym, it closes at 3:00 PM on Sundays and only reopens at 6:00 AM on Mondays, which isn't truly 24/7. These issues have been quite frustrating, and honestly, I'm considering switching to Refit Gym instead, as this one feels like it's not meeting expectations anymore. I hope you'll consider fixing the AC and adjusting the hours or the 24/7 claim to reflect the actual schedule.
