Set in a tropical forest and 5 km from the NH166A, this down-to-earth hotel is 6 km from Kihim Beach and 9 km from the Kanakeshwar Temple, a hillside landmark dating from 1764.
Relaxed rooms feature flat-screen TVs, tea and coffeemaking equipment, and Wi-Fi. Upgraded rooms add balconies. Suites offer separate sitting areas. Room service is available.
There's a casual vegetarian restaurant, a 25-seat movie theatre and a spa, plus an outdoor pool, a hot tub and a poolside bar. Other amenities include a yoga centre, a game room and meeting facilities. Breakfast is available.
I stayed at Outpost in Alibaug and honestly, it didn't feel worth the price. The beach is quite far, so the location isn't convenient if you're looking for easy access. On top of that, breakfast was very bad even though it was paid extra, which is disappointing considering how much they're already charging.
The property itself looks neglected and gives off an abandoned vibe. For the kind of rates they're asking, I expected at least basic amenities - a mini fridge, better upkeep, and the kind of small comforts you'd find even in a 2-star hotel. Instead, they're charging like a five-star resort but delivering a below average experience.
The only plus was the service staff which tried to make the best of the worst. But it's Definitely not worth the money.

The place is good. They have a lot of activities within the property Badminton, Basket Ball , Table tennis , Swimming pool, Tree house to keep you busy during the stay.
We stayed in the Prive room and it was spacious and neat. The water in the bathroom was a little slow however the Front desk informed that there was a issue and it will be fixed.
Both the restauranta Alibag post and the Italian restaurant was good.

Ambience is excellent. Staff is also very supportive, provided quick service. But need to improve on restaurants. Being a resort in alibaug, authentic non veg food is not available. Rest everything is fine.

4 stars for the courteous staff only. Otherwise the resort rooms need renovation badly. The huge open area covered with trees, Movie theater and indoor play area are some the great assets of the resort but overall things feel like a old and needing maintenance. Wifi was shoddy too.

We had food here. Pure veg food is available in their restaurant named Alibaug kitchen.. food is good. But they should have more options. We had to eat punjabi sabji roti all 3 times. Ambience is good.
